contains good source of complex carbs from beans
and vegetables. Thats it. Some carbs from
protein shakes and nuts but very minimum.
This diet menu actually comes
in at 1150 calories but you can remove 1 veggie
to get it down to 1100 although that is not
really recommended. Vegetables, especially green
or yellow are a good source of nutrition and
should not be removed from your diet plan
