1100 to 1250 Calorie Lower Carb Diet Plan

Good source of protein using lentil beans and ground turkey and reduce carbs makes this 1100 to 1250  calories menu plan a good way to lose 20 pounds fast. If you like lentils, this diet plan is for you. It contains good source of complex carbs from beans and vegetables. That’s it. Some carbs from protein shakes and nuts but very minimum. 

This diet menu actually comes in at 1150 calories but you can remove 1 veggie to get it down to 1100 although that is not really recommended. Vegetables, especially green or yellow are a good source of nutrition and should not be removed from your diet plan

BREAKFAST

3 egg whites  or substitute egg …… 100 cal

or

Protein Shake   ….. 200 cal

MID MORNING

Protein Shake   …200 cal

LUNCH

Lentil Beans (1 serving) mixed with 4 ounces of ground turkey…… 250 cal

At home.   Brown 8ounces of ground with 1 (10 ounce) cans of Lentil Beans (you can make lentils fresh is you like … just make the equivalent of 1 (10 ounce) cans or 10 ounces.
Makes 3  servings.

Small salad (with light dressing)  or green veggie ……. 100 calories

MID AFTERNOON

1 serving Nuts (try Almonds)  …… 200 cal

or

Protein Shake  ….. 200 cal

DINNER

1 servings   …. Lentil Beans mixed with 4 ounces of ground turkey  …… 250 cal
Veggie (no potatoes) such as green beans, spinach, greens or broccoli  and season to taste …. 50 cal

 
Total Calorie: 1150 - 1250
