diet menu plan rages from 1200 to 1400 calories
and all you have to do to adjust the 1400 menu
plan is to vary breakfast and dinner and your
total calorie consumption is 1200 calories to be
exact.
This is a higher
protein and low carb diet. The carbs come
primarily from vegetables and salad. Protein
comes from high protein sources like chicken and
Salmon.
