1500 to 1800 Calorie Diet Plan Menu

This diet plan is for 1500 – 1800  calories per day.  You can lose weight on 1500 to 1800 calories per day  eating quality foods. The foods in this diet plan are lean protein and complex carbs and you can lose as much weight as you want.

We also offer personal diet plans that you can order that will help you lose 1 to 2 pounds per week.  The plan is very economical and easy to follow.  You can make up your own menus by following a simple plan like this and add in your favorite vegetables and meat.

A 1500 – 1800  calorie per day diet menu that will get the weight off. You can vary the veggies and lean meats. Protein shakes are used in this menu for mid day snacks because they are easy to prepare and very nutritious. Mid day snacks are important for increase metabolism.

BREAKFAST

3 egg whites  or s ubstitute egg with 1 whole wheat toast  …… 200 cal

or

Cereal with light yogurt   ….. 300 cal

MID MORNING

Protein Shake   …200 cal

AFTERNOON

Grilled / baked   6 ounce pork chop or rib eye steak (made from home)   …… 350 cal

or

3 ounce of deli chicken/turkey breast on 1 slice of whole grain bread …….. 250 cal

Apple or  pear or sliced orange   ….. 100 cal

1 serving beans or brown rice   ……. 200 cal

MID AFTERNOON

Protein shake  …… 200 cal

DINNER

Dinner meat … just like lunch
Grilled / baked   6 ounce pork chop or rib eye steak (made from home)   …… 350 cal

or

6 ounce Baked Salmon and season to taste    …….350 cal

Veggie (no potatoes) such as green beans, spinach, greens or broccoli  and season to taste …. 50 cal

Sugar Free Jello  ……10 cal 


Total Calories: 1560 - 1760
