Try this 2200 calorie menu
plan that is sure to get the weight off.
Although the calorie intake might seem high for
some, the content of the meals is protein and
complex carb, which will burn fat.
This is the same fat burning diet plan
that bodybuilders use to lose fat and build
muscle. You can use it to burn fat whether you
exercise or not.
The meals consist of eating
5 times per day which helps keeps your
metabolism running high. Never skip meals and
eat every several hours to lose weight and burn
fat. Most people do just the opposite which is
why they have trouble losing weight. This 2200
calorie diet plan is design to burn fat for both
men and women.
BREAKFAST
Oatmeal ….

Protein Shake
200 cal
MID MORNING
½ Sweet Potato
…. 150 cal
Suggestion for preparing
Sweet Potato so it takes good …. Just like the
pie.
For this menu, take 1 large
sweet potato and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes
at 450 F.
Then remove from oven and let cool. Peel
skin and place potato in large bowl.
Add 1/8 cup of reduce fat milk and 2
packets of Splenda
or
NutraSweet
or
Stevia.
Mash potato in bowl with fork and stir
well. Sweet potato will now taste and have the
same consistency as “Sweet Potato Pie”
without the fatty crust.
You can bake 2 or 3
potatoes at the same time and just double the
recommended milk and Splenda. Increase bake time
by 10 minutes .

Chicken breast and leg
…… 350 cal
1 serving of pinto beans
……. 200 cal
Salad or veggie
…… 100 cal
MID AFTERNOON
Sweet Potato
…….. 150 cal

Turkey Bean Chili:
……. 400 cal
¼ pound of ground turkey
and season to taste. Add 1 cup of lentil beans
1 serving Veggies of choice
(try steam broccoli or green beans – fresh or
frozen) ….. 50 cal
Total Calories: 2200
