7 Best Way to Lose Inches Around Your Waist

1.       Concentrate on good eating habits and not the scale. Eat 5 meals per day consisting of breakfast, lunch and dinner with mid morning and mid afternoon snacks between meals. Stick to lean meats with veggies and reduce all carb consumption.

2.       Restrict calorie consumption. Women should stay between 1200 and 1600 daily calories and men should strive to stay between 1600 and 2000 calories per day.

3.       Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Water flushes waste material from the body and makes losing weight and inches much easier.

4.       Increase exercise to 4 times per week. Do some type of aerobic exercise for 30 minutes  each time. The simplest exercise is a fast pace walk or try the elliptical machine at your local health club.

5.       Write down your eating plan and have a menu for each day of the week. Without plans, you’re doomed to fail.

6.       Keep an image of the way you want to look. Find a picture of someone you physically admire and strive to look the same. Keep the picture accessible so you can keep the image and therefore the goal, visible.

7.       Don’t weigh yourself for 3 months. The fastest way to lose motivation is to get on the scale prematurely. Give yourself at least 3 months before you hop on the scale. Focus on the above tips each day and you will lose inches from your waistline along with lots of pounds.
