Avoid Diet Failure - Analyze
Your Diet Plan
Too many people give up on
their weight loss goals because they get
discouraged when they can’t stick to their
weight loss plan or don’t loss any weight after
dieting. The trick to losing weight is to have a
written plan. Without a plan, you’re doomed to
fail. Once your plan is in place, you need to
review it every day to see what went right and
what went wrong.
The common mistake is to
stick to an impossible plan which only leads to
discouragement. Instead, examine how well you
did each day. Review how you felt on your diet
plan. Did you feel too hungry during the middle
of the day? If so,
perhaps
you should add a little more food for the next
day to prevent failure. If you find yourself
constantly falling off your plan, chances are
your plan is too strict or does not allow enough
meals.
Eat 5 to 6 small
meals per day to increase your metabolism and to
feel satisfied through the day. No one can lose
weight for any period of time if they constantly
feel hungry and deprived throughout the day.
On days when you eat the wrong
foods, examine what triggered the response.
Perhaps you had cookies stash away in the
cabinets and you suddenly had an uncontrollable
craving to eat them. Your response should be to
either throw the cookies away or have a family
member hide them so you can’t find them. When
the craving hits the next time, you’ll be OK
because you can’t get to the cookies.
Whatever it is that’s
causing you to go off your diet, examine the
cause and plan a “counter attack” to prevent it
from happening again. This is how you get even
…….
Not by beating
yourself up and feeling discourage but by
getting right back on your plan the next day.
Do this and you will
lose all the weight you desire in due time.
