It appears that you're a regular reader of Diet Tip Newsletter because you want to lose weight sensibly. The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to lose weight one pound at a time. You are correct to strive for a pound per week. You can eat sensibly without feeling deprived and lose a pound each week. The secret is to eat 30% fewer calories than normal. Most women should consume between 1200 to 1400 calories per day. Men should eat 1500 to 1800 calories per day.
Don't make the mistake of skipping meals, especially
breakfast to lose weight. Eat at regular intervals. We suggest 3 regular
but small meals and 2 "between meal" snacks. This will keep your
energy and blood sugar level stable through the day and help you lose weight without the temptation to binge.
