Dear Editor,
What is the best way to flush excess fat? I've been
drinking lots of water to help flush the fat out of me. Of course I
realize that I need a good diet plan to lose weight. What type of plan
is best for getting rid of this stubborn fat?
Dear
Reader, Avoid refined sugar and junk carbs from processed flour. Whole grains products are great but avoid bleach or enriched flour products. Try 4 ounces of grilled turkey patty with green beans, which comes in around 200 calories. A chicken breast (skin removed) combined with a half sweet potato is under 350 calories. You can add a little butter, milk and Splenda to your yams or sweet potato and mash it. Thinly sliced white potato that's baked and seasoned combined with a leafy green vegetable and 6 ounces of beef or pork chops makes a complete dinner that is under 500 calories. The point is .... not all carbs are bad. Potatoes make up complex carbs and when combined with protein, help build muscle tone. Between meal snacks such as lite cheese (1 ounce)
and 2 ounces of deli meat or sugar free yogurt and a fruit make great
between meal snacks. The idea is to eat often and eat small portions to
flush fat from your body. To lose weight, you need to eat more ....
not less.
