Healthy Calorie Intake Diet Menu

The best and most healthy way to lose weight is to avoid quick fix weight loss schemes, but instead create a simple diet plan.  Most people can create their own diet plan to lose fat but unfortunately, most people HAVE NO PLAN. To lose weight, you must have a healthy calorie intake that forces your body to burn excess fat.

Write down foods you like to eat and eliminate high fat, high calories foods. You can still eat these foods but the best way to lose weight is to eat 500 to 600 FEWER calories than you normally eat each day to achieve weight loss.

The calorie intake for healthy women to lose weight is between 1200 and 1400 calories. The calorie intake for men to lose weight is between 1500 and 1800 calories. Below is a sample diet plan for healthy weight loss that is appropriate for most women. Learn more,  click  Personal Diet Plan.

1 cup of Healthy Choice Chicken and Rice with 2 ounce ground turkey and 1/2 cup steam or cooked carrots.

- make at home the night before
-  brown 4 ounce of ground turkey
-  cook or steam 1 cup of carrots
-  warm 1 can of 10 3/4 cup ounce of Healthy Choice
-  add turkey and vegetables and put in plastic container, refrigerate and take to work the next day.

Use half of contents for lunch and the other half for mid afternoon snack.

Diet Forum Recipe or Beef Stroganoff

Beef Stroganoff
Serves 4

-  Brown 1 pound of extra lean ground beef with 1/2 chipped onions

-  Cook 6 ounces of egg  Noodles (cook as directed on package) 

In medium pot stir in

- 10 3/4 ounce can of reduce fat mushroom soup
-  1 cup of non fat sour cream
-  1 ½ tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
-  cooked noodles

Heat for 8 minutes or until warm. Stir frequently.
