We have a simple suggestion on how to speed up your metabolism. Here it is ..... get more exercise.  There are no pills or herb that will speed your metabolism enough to lose weight. Most of these products work on the central nervous system and will make you jittery or anxious. Speed up your metabolism naturally by walking more. Below are a few suggestions.
  1. If you live a mile or two from work, walk to work instead of taking the car .
  2. Try walking for 20 to 30 minutes at a fast pace during your lunch break.
  3. Schedule your walk after work for 30 minutes.
  4. Join a local health club and use the Lifecycle bike or treadmill.
  5. Walk 3 to 7 times a week for at least 30 minutes per session.
The only way to speed up your metabolism is by moving. The more your body works, the more calories you burn. Don't fall prey to the diet pill or herbal formula hype, despite their claims of increase metabolism, no legitimate nutritionist or doctor would suggest these products because they don't work.  Make sure you stick to your diet plan. By controlling your calories each day, you will lose weight.  Good luck!
