    Hypnosis will never be able to restructure and reprogram one’s mind and help the individual get healthier eating patterns by itself. It can be though quite effective if combined with behavioral weight management designed to alter eating patterns and increase the chance to lose weight, especially when it is about losing low or moderate amounts of weight.

    Another important aspect to keep in mind besides the necessary combination of hypnosis and behavioral weight management is time. This is an important factor to take into account. One single hypnosis session will never do and those who accept one single hypnosis treatment sessions need to know that this is only a dream that never comes true, but takes your money instead. At least 8 weeks of hypnosis are needed to have a visible result in losing weight.
