Hello! I came across a diet and exercise book called the Couch Potato Diet. It sounds interesting. Has anyone tried it? Can you provide any feedback?
It seems straightforward and something I could sustain given that I do sometimes like to kick back on the couch at night and on weekends to watch sports events. I'm active and exercise too but sometimes my snack habits get in the way of my weight loss goals. I'm hoping this diet can help put me on the right track and still enjoy a few snacks at night.
