     I know little knowledge of healthy eating plans can come from just reading.  But I'm so excited about the research I've done about this, I had to let everyone in on it.  I have to fast regularly for religious purposes, which is usually a huge No-No for most plans, but not this one.  Finally, I don't have to compromise my goals to avoid compromising my convictions.  On top of it, you don't starve either?  I don't know, I can't contain the enthusiasm on this one.  Anyone who would like to read up on it, and/or try it can follow the link I've posted below, and leave comments (negative or positive, as long as they aren't offensive to others) right here.  I hope this helps anyone who is tired and frustrated, or anyone just looking to take themselves to the next level.  Remember, Carpe Diem.
