Briefly describe your struggle with losing weight:
I have lost 15 pounds over the last 6 months and i am struggling with the last ten. My weight loss goal like i said is ten pounds, but it keeps fluctuating between ten and eight pounds. I work out at least 3 times a week. I have struggles with social eating and drinking. These are the factors that usually stand in my way as well as a boyfriend who doesn't eat healthy at all which sometimes has an influence on me.
What would you like your diet pal to know about you:
Im 5 foot 7 inches and i currently weigh 132, i live an active lifestyle, working out at least 3 times per week. I work full time in quality assurance and go to school full time for my MBA. Weight loss and dieting has been something i have focused on for years. Within the last year i have lost 15 pounds by changing my lifestyle and not some crash diet.
Briefly describe your hobbies, if any:
I work out at least 3 times per week. I love outdoor activities as well as reading, and i am an avid shopper.
