Low Calorie Diet Meal Plan

Looking for a low calorie meal plan that will help you lose weight? We specialize in diet menus that help you lose 1 to 2 pounds each week. Our menus are easy to follow and we give you 5 small meals per day.

Studies have shown that the best way to lose weight is to eat small meals through the day. You should always plan your meals so that you never eat whatever is available. All-Bran Muffins - 2 Kellogg's' Duncan Hines All-Bran muffins (mix prepares in 5 minutes, cook 12 at a time in about 20 minutes, save and store) or any bran muffin

Chicken pita / fajita sandwich (Wendy’s, Jack n the Box)

For Wendy’s, ask for the Cesar chicken pita sandwich with no dressing. Ask for sweet and sour or honey mustard sauce, which is lower in calories and fat free. Put sauce in sandwich.  with small order of french fries or small side salad. Total = 400 to 500 calories.

NOTE:

Eliminate popcorn and soup if you eat fajita sandwich with fries or salad

Soup -  bring from home, put in container –  1 serving or 8 oz of Campbell’s Healthy Request or Healthy Choice

clam chowder, chicken and rice, chicken noodle, vegetable beef, ect. or homemade soup (see low fat recipes)

You can add 2 ounce of ground turkey to the above split pea soup for an extra rich, meaty taste. Add 75 calories

Lite Microwave Popcorn (1/2 bag) -- After popping immediately put1/2 of bag content in a plastic bag and seal. Warm up for later snack.
