For Wendy’s, ask for the Cesar chicken
pita sandwich with no dressing. Ask for sweet and sour or honey
mustard sauce, which is lower in calories and fat free. Put sauce
in sandwich. with small order of french fries or
small side salad. Total = 400 to 500 calories.
NOTE:
Eliminate popcorn and soup if you
eat fajita sandwich with fries or salad

to the above split pea soup for an extra rich, meaty taste. Add 75
