Dear Editor,
I really need to lose weight
fast for a upcoming wedding. Are natural
appetite suppressants safe and do they work? I
tried other weight loss products in the past but
nothing seems to work.
Because a product has the name
natural in front of it doesn't make it safe or
effective. Many weight loss companies claim their
products are natural appetite suppressants but
that doesn't make it safe. Many herbal products
contain ephedra which is a natural appetite
suppressant. Ephedra is the herbal equivalent of
speed and causes heart palpitation, anxiety,
increase blood pressure and even death.
The best way to suppress your
appetite in a natural way is through exercise. A
30 minute fast pace walk or any exercise of an
aerobic nature for 20 minutes or longer will
suppress your appetite. Combine exercise with a
good diet plan that reduces your total caloric
intake by 25% and you will lose weight. You won't
lose 20 pounds in a week but you will lose weight
and more importantly body fat at a rate of 1 or 2
pounds per week.
