Of course the best way to lose weight is to take a balanced approach. We don't recommend that you only eat soup to lose weight because that's nothing more than a starvation diet. Starvation diets never work because your appetite will fight back and you'll over-eat or binge, usually later in the day.
Instead, incorporate 4 to 5 small meals per day and
eat 25% less calories. Increase your activity through daily walks or
stationary bike riding and you will lose all the weight that you want.
