I would just like to let you know that since I've joined the Diet Forum I Have lost 40lbs, I feel great, my blood pressure has lowered. I didn't think this was possible, I've tried every plan but had failed until I tried e-plan. I still haven't reached my goal, when I started I weighed 194 my height was 5'6", now I weigh about 155 and I can wear size 8 and 10's. My target weight is 135lb. Is this a normal weight for my height.
